Gixo Arc is an AI proposal workspace for teams that respond to real buyers, real issuers, and real funders. You begin with the documents you already have. Upload the RFP, the client deck, a previous statement of work, or your own scoping notes, and Arc extracts the context from them, including scanned files, through OCR. From those inputs it produces a structured first draft rather than an undifferentiated block of text. Arc supports six distinct proposal shapes: sales proposals with scope, pricing, timeline, and next steps; consulting engagement letters covering approach, deliverables, team, timeline, and commercial terms; RFP and RFQ responses answered point by point against the issuer's evaluation criteria; grant applications with structured narrative, budget justification, and impact sections; partnership proposals covering joint benefits, resource commitments, and governance; and internal business cases with problem statement, options analysis, recommendation, and resource request. Editing, collaboration, and export to PDF, DOCX, HTML, and text all happen in the same workspace. Arc is deliberate about its limits: it does not invent pricing, timelines, or commitments you have not provided, it does not auto-submit to procurement portals, and it makes no claim to guarantee win rates or replace deal strategy. It is built for boutique agencies, independent consultants, and small sales teams who write proposals often and need each one to be accurate, complete, and fast to produce.
